As indicated in previous issues of the ICEA Profile, part of the company’s strategic plan for this year was to initiate and launch branches in several of Kenya’s leading towns; specifically Kisumu, Nyeri, Nakuru and Eldoret.  Very encouraging progress has been made towards realisation of this plan.

In each town, the branch offices have been refurbished to high standards of internal decor, giving the offices an enthralling elegance and ambience.  Each branch team is led by a Technical and Administrative Liaison Officer (TALO) whose main role is overall co-ordination of our service delivery, marketing, and liaison with the central office.  Under the TALO are Market Outreach Executive (MOEs), Customer Service Administrators (CSAs), Front Office Assistants (FOAs) and Office Support Staff (OSS).

The ICEA Eldoret Branch was launched on Monday 8th April 2002. Refurbished to high standard of internal decor, the branch offices are based on the ground floor of Sakong House, Kenyatta Street.

In Nyeri, the Company launched a new branch office on the first floor of Konahauthi Building on Kimathi Way (the town’s main street) on Monday 30th April 2001.  The branch is making major in-roads in reaching our clients in the Central Kenya region, an area that has previously been serviced from our Nairobi offices.

Also mindful of the interests and needs of our clients in Western Kenya, the new Kisumu branch unfurled the ICEA banner on Monday 7th May 2001.  Based on the ground floor of the upmarket Al Imran Plaza on Kisumu’s main avenue, Oginga Odinga street, the Branch has already attracted much acclaim from clients in that region.
